When you complete transactions with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) – whether you’re paying for vehicle licensing services, renewing vehicle registration, or settling parking fines – you might need an official receipt for your records. The RTA’s e‑Services portal makes it easy to retrieve and download receipts online. Below is a step‑by‑step guide based on the RTA user dashboard that shows how company or individual account holders can access and download their receipts.
Start by visiting the official RTA e‑Services portaland log in with your company credentials. Once logged in, you’ll see a dashboard with tiles for Parking Services, Licensing Services, RTA eWallet and more. Make sure you’re on the dashboard before continuing.
On the dashboard, you’ll see a row of icons representing different service categories (e.g., Trade License Information, Vehicles Information, Drivers Permit Details, etc.). Look for the icon labelled More Services and click it – this expands the list of services available under your account.
Within the expanded services list, find the Licensing category. Selecting Go to Licensing takes you to the Licensing Services page where you can manage vehicle registration, plates, fines and other licensing‑related activities. This is where receipt enquiries are handled.
On the Licensing Services page you’ll see several tiles such as My Vehicles, My Plates, My Fines, My Requests, and My Certificates. One tile is labelled My Receipts. Click this tile to open the receipts enquiry form. If you manage multiple vehicles, this centralises all receipts associated with your account.
In the Receipts Enquiry form you can refine your search:
Plate Number – Enter the vehicle’s plate number.
Code – Select the plate code (e.g., Dubai code numbers).
Payment Method – Choose how the transaction was paid (credit/debit card, eWallet, etc.).
Category and Service – Select the type of transaction you’re looking for (e.g., vehicle renewal, fines, permit issuance).
Receipt No. / e‑Wallet Reference – If you know the receipt or reference number, you can enter it here.
Date From / Date To – Define a date range to filter receipts within a specific period.
Complete the CAPTCHA (I’m not a robot) and click Search. The system will then display a list of receipts that match your criteria.
Search results appear in a table with columns such as Receipt ID, Plate No, Service Name, e‑Wallet Reference, Receipt Date and Amount. Each entry includes a View Receipt button. Click View Receipt for the desired transaction; a new window will open showing the receipt details.
At this stage you can download or print the receipt. Saving the PDF to your device ensures you have an official copy for accounting, reimbursement or record‑keeping purposes.
Downloading receipts from the RTA portal is straightforward once you know where to navigate. For businesses such as Ride.Rent that handle numerous vehicle‑related transactions, maintaining an organised record of RTA receipts is essential for accounting and compliance. Following the steps above will help you quickly locate, view and download any receipt you need from the RTA website. If you
